Maxine, formerly known as Natch, has been asserting herself for six years in the fields of painting, sculpture, and engraving. She uses the body as the main figure and her gestures as the subject. Her deep interest in human relationships and psychology, subjects as exciting as they are existential, is expressed through figurative and spontaneous representations.
The artist Maxine, with simple colors, wishes to speak of life at its best because she believes in a more empathetic, tolerant, and tender humanity. She creates vibrant and inspiring works, rooted in harmony and movement.
Between the raw and the abstract, the naïve and hyperrealism, the artist explores the Human, its condition, its joys, its questions. The simplicity of the forms, stripped of identity, allows everyone to find themselves in her inspiring works, rooted in harmony and movement.
The emerging artist is currently represented by the art center of Château LaCoste for her linocuts and by the young agency "The Art light" for her paintings, linocuts, and sculptures. She will be represented from September 22 to 24, 2023, at the International Contemporary Art Fair in Paris.
