Alessio Lucarini

Alessio Lucarini began to develop his artistic practice after graduating from DAMS in Bologna in 2014 (Drama, Art and Music Studies), providing him with the basis for future experiments.

 His artistic research began with photography, allowing him to create the first series of works, Planet Earth and Colours. He later abandoned using photography as the only means of expression to approach painting as an expression of his new research.

 His current artistic essays deal with the search for colour and shapes becoming the representation and communication of the meaning of the diversity they represent.
