Paolo Perfranceschi

Painter of Italian origin, Paolo Perfranceschi is inspired by the rigor of the prospects of proto-Renaissance. In his works, the artist explores the place of the characters in space, creating figures sometimes isolated to obtain a strong aesthetic impact.
Of his first love of the Renaissance to the seventh art
The work of Paolo Perfranceschi is influenced by the masters of the Renaissance. The brands of Fra Angelico, Piero della Francesca or Paolo Uccello are recurrent in his painting.
The artist also lets himself be carried by his passion for David Lynch's cinema. Deeply pictorial in the structure of his shots, the director brings Paolo Perfranceschi to revisit his works.
A return to traditional techniques
The works of Paolo Perfranceschi are not only turned towards classic paint. The artist has developed a fascination for the Buddhist pantheon and the Asian decorative tradition.
He began to experiment and rediscover traditional painting techniques. Paolo Perfranceschi then adopts an exclusive use of ecological natural products without solvents.
