Elham ETEMADI

My name is Elham Etemadi, born in 1983 in Shiraz, I live and work in Paris. Graduated in painting from the University of Arts in Tehran (bachelor's 2006, master's 2009), I continued my studies at the University of Strasbourg, where I obtained a master's (2012) and then a doctorate in plastic arts (2018).

My work has been presented at several international fairs: MENART FAIR, AKAA, Asia NOW, Contemporary Istanbul, Abu Dhabi Art… My works have been exhibited from Los Angeles to Tehran, passing through many European cities.

Through free compositions, intense colors, and symbols from childhood, I explore memory, imagination, and pictorial material. My figures float between architectural forms and open spaces, in a sensitive dialogue between interior and exterior.
