Richard Vildeman & Nbsp; Painted, while working simultaneously in the creation of engravings and sculptures. Calling on various techniques that range from painting to drawing, including stencils and scriptures, Richard Vildeman designs his work as an assembly of graphic indices while balanced with a real work of color painter. To do this, for many years he has collected images from collective memory [archetypes], and [in the imagery of the world], in order to build a visual "encyclopedia". The artist selects fragments that he agrees so that, once gathered, these "become a carrier [s] of symbols, of poetic sense [unconscious]’ ’or commitment.
