Benjamin Gemini

Benjamin has been making art for as long as he can remember. It was during his teens, while involved in punk, hardcore and local skate scene of the late 90's early 2000's, that he started making zines and flyers which laid a foundation for where he is at this point. Currently, he works with acrylic and spray paint on salvaged wood from skips and pallets from work yards. He also use canvas and board to paint on and introduces a bit of mixed media and found objects. His paintings have a raw feel, inspired by visions of the multiverse and the introduction of elements from this realm like music, films, cartoons, books, travel and personal memories that are tied together through a combination of painterly techniques, bold illustration and found objects to visualise events and create narrative.
