Linda Coppens

Belgian artist Linda Coppens creates abstract paintings that balance gesture, space, and subtle tension. Her work invites a moment of pause, drawing the viewer into compositions where movement and stillness coexist.

Born in 1956, Linda has been passionate about art from an early age, though she pursued her artistic path more fully later in life. After completing an MA in Psychology, she studied Drawing and Painting at the Art Academy in Liedekerke (Belgium), where she developed her focus on abstraction.
Her background in psychology continues to inform her work, particularly in the way each painting evolves through layers, memory, and intuitive response.

Linda Coppens has exhibited internationally, including in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Senegal, the United States, and Spain. Her work is held in private collections worldwide.
She lives and works in Spain.
