Jane Pryor

Jane Pryor (b.1958, London) lives and works near Cambridge, UK. She studied Fine Art at Central Saint Martins before completing postgraduate painting studies with Turps Art School, London.

She has exhibited widely in the UK and internationally, including at the Discerning Eye (Mall Galleries, 2022) and in A Generous Space 2 at New Art Gallery Walsall. In 2023, her work was included in Transparent as a Dragonfly, a project inspired by Italo Calvino, shown at Arte Borgo Gallery in Rome and later at Bermondsey Project Space in London. She has also exhibited at Supermarket Art Fair (Stockholm) and at The Minories (Colchester, 2025).

She has received two Arts Council England funding awards as lead artist and project manager for community photographic projects (2021 and 2024). Recent exhibitions and a forthcoming group show in Los Angeles reflect the continued momentum of her practice.
