Tosin Kalejaye

Olusegun Tosin Kalejaye is a Nigerian-born visual artist whose artistic passion stemmed from his childhood habit of drawing portraits on every available surface. The passionate desire to express his ideas and beliefs via artistic creations led him to transform his practice from a casual commission-based endeavor into a purposeful career, utilizing his art as a means of expression to stimulate social awareness. With a bachelor's of art in history, Tosin leverages his theoretical background of history as application to his creative work, telling stories with vivid historical concepts.
