Micheal Haran is a London based contemporary artist specialising in making vivid artworks in a variety of Abstraction modalities and modern Surreal DreamTime paintings. He also makes some Neo Pop works predominantly around the theme of Love.

Micheal Haran studied at The Slade School of Fine Art, UCL. He lives and works in West London. His work in held in many private collections internationally.
He is working predominantly in acrylics and oils on canvas as well as many types of mixed media works on papers.
Micheal is involved in many exhibitions including showing 8x paintings at The Florence Biennale, Italy in October 2023. Micheal also had a large solo show 54 The Gallery in Mayfair, London in July 2024.
Micheal is very aesthetically informed by Post-Impressionism, biomorphic sculpture, Dadaism, Surrealism, and Abstract Expressionism. Many of the early Abstract Expressionist artists such as Cy Twombly, Lee Krasner, Helen Frankenthaler, and Mark Rothko are often referenced in his works and help contribute towards his artistic thinking.
Micheal lived in Iquitos, in the Peruvian Amazon, for two and a half years and conceptually, he is continuously inspired by his deeply transformative experiences with shamanism.He is passionate about raising funds for the protection of the Amazon and other ecological biomes.
