Camille Tardif

The artistic journey of Camille Tardif began with textile design, which she studied at ENSCI Les Ateliers in Paris. It is a journey that taught her the pursuit of excellence, rigor, and discipline.

Her creative work is strongly impacted by her experience as a victim of incest and her coming out of denial in 2022. The paintings of Camille Tardif testify to this biographical turning point through the implementation of letting go and self-overcoming. The absolute search for freedom serves as her creative guide, which is how she easily transitions from abstraction to figuration, and how her paintings are more or less readable, in the manner of memories.

Her first poetry collection, A Story of Loves, was released in September 2024 by Les Bonnes Feuilles.
