After a graphic arts graduate at 75 in Brussels, Françoise Bellière followed a training in painting at the Ecole des Arts d'Uccle in the Belgian capital. Since 1984, this artist has animated adult painting workshops in Brussels and Drôme Provençale. She practices the painting that she nicknamed "atmosphericist". Having discovered abstractive and moving nature in the work of Zao Wou-Ki and being subjugated by the lights of Turner, Françoise Bellière seeks, through acrylic painting and associated techniques, to synthesize landscape atmospheres imprints of lights or mists , inspired by the landscapes of the flat country and the Drôme mountains.
