Georges Bouey, alias MAD398, started graffiti in 1989 in the west of Paris. In 2000, he founded the FULLCOLOR association in Bordeaux, as president.

A specialist in large murals created in France and abroad, he masters hyper-realism, figurative, "wildstyle" and "3D". He also works with private companies and public institutions for construction projects on buildings, indoors and outdoors. His introductory workshops resonate with young people who recognize him as an authentic graffiti artist.

Its collaborations are numerous: from DDP to BMW, including Zurich airport, the ACCOR CASINO group, BUFFALO GRILL to name but a few.

Since 2015, he has also been developing, alongside his activities, a painting studio, close to "Colorfield painting" and abstract expressionism. In 2001, he created the model of what was described by "the newspaper of the south-west" as "a premonitory fresco" because he drew Manhattan without the twin towers in a sky of "fire" and this a month before the famous attacks of September 11, 2001.

In Sarcelles, a few days apart, he created a painting alongside LEK where he represented what seemed to be the continuity of the "premonitory fresco" where he represented panicked people running in a building hall prey to flames.

From 2000 to 2003, he created one fresco per week in Bordeaux but also in France and Europe. At the time, Bordeaux was a fully tagged city. Despite the negative advice, he decided to form the "FULLCOLOR" association in 2000, to promote colorful graffiti and break down the resistance of institutions, which still consider that he is only a "tagger".

At the same time, he is part of the "XS" crew from Toulouse where he collaborates with DRAN and METANE. He is invited to paint at the "Battle of the year" in Montpellier alongside MODE2, JABA and CEE-T or at the KEHL Summer Sessions festival in Germany.

From 2002: after IONS des SAC in 2000, in 2003, SHADOW joined the FULLCOLOR team alongside MAD, ZARB and SAGE. Zurich airport in 2003 marks the return to solo practice.
