CATHERINE GAJAC

Plastic artist, musician, born into a family of artists, Catherine Gajac has been practicing drawing and painting since childhood. Over the years, his pictorial practice has been enriched with new techniques and references. Photography, silver and digital and digital is an essential ally in the creation process.
Nourished by the experience of travel and life "elsewhere", his work essentially develops the theme of the landscape, sailor, urban or rural, often inhabited.
Catherine Gajac exposed a lot (watercolors) in the 1980s and 90s in the south west of France. Her professional activity (teacher at the University of Toulouse II) then imposed a slowdown in her artistic production until 2011. Since that date, she has started to paint intensely and now wishes to offer her work again to appreciation and to criticism.
