Returns Policy

It's Ok if you change your mind. All artwork ordered comes inclusive of our no-hassle 14 days free return policy, no questions asked (full artwork refund or exchange). Custom framed artwork is excluded due to the bespoke nature of the framing process. Please see more about our returns and cancellations policy here.

Framing

We can arrange framing for you, that means your artwork will arrive ready to hang and can go straight on the wall.

We offer black, white or walnut coloured wood-grain finish as default frames. Please see examples in our FAQs. If you would like a bespoke frame, including, but not limited to, a tray frame and gilded frame, find out more here.

Installation

An installation service can be book upon request. After purchase, our customer service team will be in contact with you via email (usually the same day as purchase) and this service can be requested then.

Alison Chaplin

Alison trained at Walthamstow Art College and was an Art Teacher in Redbridge for a couple of years. She has been painting consistently throughout the years and has exhibited widely and often, both locally and in Central London. Her paintings are in several private collections and, encouraged by her growing reputation, thirteen years ago she became a full-time Artist.

The artist always lived in close proximity to Epping Forest and enjoyed drawing and painting the trees. Her acrylic paintings… are concerned with isolating particular trees against a clear sky. This allows her to explore the unique characteristics of the various species and to celebrate their differences. The forest landscape paintings are oil on canvas and in painting these she explores the texture of the foliage and the effects of the light shining through the leaves and the shadows cast on the forest floor.
