      Returns Policy

      It's OK if you change your mind. All artwork can be returned within 14 days for free. Custom framed artworks are excluded due to the bespoke nature of the framing process. View our Returns Policy for further detail.

      We don't ever store any financial information on our servers. We are PCI compliant and work with one of the UKs largest banks to process your order. We are also GoDaddy Verified & Secure.       We can arrange framing for you, that means your artwork will arrive ready to hang and can go straight on the wall.

      We offer black, white or walnut coloured wood-grain finish as default frames. Please see examples in our FAQs. If you would like a bespoke frame, including, but not limited to, a tray frame and gilded frame, find out more here.


      An installation service can be booked upon request. After purchase, our customer service team will be in contact with you via email (usually the same day as purchase) and this service can be requested then.

      Sophie Green

      Sophie Green is an award-winning conservation and wildlife artist from the UK who specialises in capturing the photorealistic details of animals and their surroundings. Her highly emotive works highlight issues surrounding animal welfare and the environment, drawing our attention to both the beauty and vulnerability of nature.

      Sophie Green's Career and Conservation Projects

      In addition to her painting and print career, Sophie founded the online gallery and art store, Art Basket. She donates 10% of her profits to wildlife and conservation charities. The artist also collaborates with foundations, such as IFAW, The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, and Explorers Against Extinction.


      In 2021, Sophie received the Medal of Excellence by the Artists for Conservation Foundation for her outstanding work in wildlife conservation. She won the Leisure Painter People's Choice Award in 2020 and 2021. She was also shortlisted for the BBC Wildlife Magazine People’s Choice Award and deemed highly commended in prizes, such as the Wildlife Artist of the Year Competition, the Sketch for Survival Award, and the Ashurst Emerging Artist Prize. In 2021, Sophie was among one of 20 Artists to exhibit at COP26. She has featured in My Modern Met.
