Born in 1991 in St Ives, Cornwall, Alice Freeman moved to London in 2009 where she completed her foundation diploma at Byam Shaw School of Art (UAL). She went on to Camberwell College of Art (UAL) where she specialised in a Fine Art, Drawing degree. In 2013 Alice was awarded a scholarship to attend the Siena Art Institute in Italy where she was part of the 'Above and Below Ground' project, working alongside Mark Dion and Amy Yoes. She currently lives and works in Bristol where she is a member of The Royal West of England Academy and Spike Island print studio. Her work is regularly shown in both London and Bristol.
