Emerging Artist
Born in 1990, American artist Allison Zuckerman uses a mixture of acrylic paint, digital art and collage in her work. She draws inspiration from great masters such as Roy Lichtenstein, while subverting traditional masculine artistic visions in favor of a feminine perspective. She uses her intriguing and sometimes provocative work to highlight the way the art world has traditionally been dominated by men. Thus, it offers the viewer a fresh look, based on a reverse sexist prejudice. Allison's work has attracted attention not only from the art world - she has previously exhibited in New York, Miami, London and Brussels - but also from the fashion and music industries. She has collaborated with brands like Tods and Moschino, as well as album artwork for Charli XCX.
