Rise Art in Hong Kong
We kicked off September with a very arty bang! A curated selection of bold and beautiful artworks from some of Rise Art's brightest talent were shipped overseas for our exhibition with Areteos gallery in Hong Kong. Co-founder Scott Philips and head curator Rebecca Gordon flew over for the opening week. They told us no, we couldn't fit in their suitcases, but they sent us some photos and perhaps that's enough...
Looks like it was a pretty great party! Artworks from photographer Tommy Clarke shone brightly amongst illustrations, paintings, monoprints and gold leaf creations from Bruce McLean, Robert Hind, Kristjana Williams, Victoria Horkan and Mat Cahill.
