“Color is life. Black and white is the soul.” — Holly Watt
Trained at Gobelins, I am a photographer by heart and instinct. My gaze has been forged through travels and encounters, since adolescence when I discovered film photography as one discovers an inner world. Camera on my shoulder, I have traveled the planet, always on the lookout for an emotion to capture, a light to reveal.
Today, my creations take other paths, beyond the visible. I explore new visual horizons, where the imaginary takes precedence over the real. Using subtle tools that blend technology and intuition, I compose images that exist nowhere else — like awakened dreams.
Each visual is then carefully reworked, in an intimate dialogue between color, texture, and light. I seek to provoke silent emotion, to bring forth a truth within the illusion.
My universe is a bridge between the tangible and the dream, between photography as we know it and a more internal, almost pictorial vision. It invites one to travel differently, in depth.
