Marie Saksik lives and works in the Avignon region. Passionate about painting and drawing, she has been practicing sculpture for many years. These works offer simple volumes alternating the full and the unleashed underlying by an uninterrupted line of force. The sculptures are then made of chiseled bronze and patinated by a founder (Landowski, Rosini or Barelier founder). Marie SAKSIK participated in numerous exhibitions in France or abroad and received the bronze medal at the Salon of French Artists (Grand Palais, Paris) in 2016. "This is an original artistic expression. The works of Marie Saksik reveal a convincing artistic universe. Her personal and sensitive work poses the foundations for a changing aesthetics. Her art makes her visible and recognizable, which is proof of his talent".
