Andrey and Georgy Blokhin and Kuznetsov

Andrey Blokhin & Georgy Kuznetsov are a Russian duo who have formed an art collective known as ‘Recycle Group’. Their work explores the realm of virtual reality through the use of recycled material and imagery. The artists use materials characteristic of the age that we live in. These synthetic, consumerist materials leave almost no chance for uniqueness and natural materials.

Andrey and Georgy have been awarded the Kandinsky Prize and they've represented Russia at La Biennale di Venezia 57th International Art Exhibition with their exhibition 'Blocked Content'.

Works by Recycle Group are part of the public collections at the Royal Museum of Scotland and the Multimedia Art Museum, Moscow, among others.
