About the artwork

Sheet of 48 × 34 cm printed on vellum paper in 1979 by the Studio d’Arte Perna, Milan, this original lithograph after Fleurs de Neige (1951) is signed in the plate at the bottom left "Henri Matisse 1951" and titled. Numbered out of 200 copies (/CC), it comes with a certificate from the publisher.

Coming from a series that remained unpublished at the death of Henri Matisse, this work was created in collaboration with the Matisse Succession and the Studio d’Arte Perna, recognized for its art editions since 1958. Each copy is provided with a Certificate of Guarantee bearing the publisher's seal and handwritten signature, as well as a notarial document attesting to the authenticity of the signature, the edition, and the numbering.

The authenticity and certification of this work are guaranteed by the gallery offering it.

Unanimously considered one of the greatest artists of the 20th century, Henri Matisse escapes any classification.
