When asked about the series, Algy explained:
"Around the World in 180° is a photographically driven anthropological study of the landscapes that societies create, which considers how the innate and unalterable elements of the human condition have become ingrained within those very landscapes.
Using the highest resolution digital medium format camera on the planet, I have documented sites at more than 100 locations across five continents."

Travelling extensively across the globe with camera in tow, Algy titles his monumental photographs after their geographic coordinates. From the world's largest camel fair, to the Atacama Desert, to the Large Hadron Collider, these expansive works captivate with their global reach, their colour and their detail.
