Frank's Cafe tenants the peak of Peckham's Multiplex cinema's multi-story carpark. Put off already? Don't be. With a conceptual design constructed by Practice Architecture and ran by non-for-profit, summertime commisioning project - Bold Tendencies it's no ordinary car park. The project is still youthful, having only opened its doors in 2007, (and those doors being open from only late June to late September) it's amazing that Frank's has welcomed over 500,000 visitors and received critical acclaim. The bar has locally sourced beers, cocktails, a concise but sweet food menu and a panoramic view of London's skyline. And with on-going sculptural projects combined with an interesting range of up-and-coming events, Frank's is definitely worth travelling South East for.
