Jean-Noël Le Junter

Jean-Noël Le Junter is a French painter. He lives and works in the south of France. He has won numerous prizes in painting competitions and national and international exhibitions in France. For his landscapes, seascapes, portraits, and nudes, Jean-Noël Le Junter always begins on location or with live models, making sketches and watercolors that he then uses as studies to work in his studio. He is more interested in atmosphere than reality and seeks to convey his sensations and simplify this reality to retain only the essentials, while focusing on color.
