David Hockney, one of the most influential artists of our time, invites us to find the extraordinary within the everyday. Created for Serpentine, his new paintings celebrate the act of looking and simple beauty. The exhibition brings his 90-metre frieze A Year in Normandie to London for the first time. Inspired by the Bayeux Tapestry (at the British Museum in 2026), this work captures the seasons in Normandy, echoing the nature of Kensington Gardens.
