Anne Marie’s interest in art started when she was a child. Two of uncles were professional painters and designers so from an early age she was encouraged in her creative pursuits. After an Art Baccalaureate in France she studied textile design. In 1998 she studied printmaking at the Slade School of Art. The printmaking process felt like magic. Each print presented slight differences, each one with a new and exciting result. Colours, textures and line drawings play an important role in her work.…

After an Art Baccalaureate in France she studied textile design. In 1998 she studied printmaking at the Slade School of Art. The printmaking process felt like magic. Each print presented slight differences, each one with a new and exciting result. Colours, textures and line drawings play an important role in her work. Anne Marie finds her inspiration in maps, signs and symbols, patterns and has a slight obsession with circles. She has been member of the Oxford Printmakers for a number of years and has exhibited in the UK and in France.
