Rise Art in Hong Kong

We kicked off September with a very arty bang! A curated selection of bold and beautiful artworks from some of Rise Art's brightest talent were shipped overseas for our exhibition with Areteos gallery in Hong Kong. Co-founder Scott Philips and head curator Rebecca Gordon flew over for the opening week. They told us no, we couldn't fit in their suitcases, but they sent us some photos and perhaps that's enough...

Looks like it was a pretty great party! Artworks from photographer Tommy Clarke shone brightly amongst illustrations, paintings, monoprints and gold leaf creations from Bruce McLeanRobert Hind, Kristjana WilliamsVictoria Horkan and Mat Cahill.

Olivia Peake has just finished her MA at the Birmingham School of Art with an exhibition of her latest body of work, Semblance. Keep your eyes peeled for the release of these brand new works for sale on Rise Art soon.

Two of our international artists will be taking part in this year's Accessible Art Fair in Brussles. Here's a sneak peek of Pedro Correa with his photographs at the opening. Linocut artist Alexander Grigorev was also selected by the fair as one of 7 artists to watch.
