Since then, she has tried to capture moments of beauty wherever she goes. Her photography spans from landscapes in Mexico to capturing the cultures of Burma and the underwater world in South Africa.
She is currently working on a long-term photography collaboration together with Carolina Pimenta, called the [gone] Project, which captures a unique perspective of seemingly known grounds. Their last series [gone] Poland will be shown in London, Berlin and Warsaw in 2017.Show less
"Anastasia Fugger's work blurs the line between travel photography and fine art. There is an element of humour in her work seen in 'Zebra Bums' and 'Twins with Attitude' coupled with an incredible beauty within her horizon shots where we can't help but be in awe of the planet we inhabit. Fugger is an exciting talent to watch in the world of photography and is currently concentrating on a unique collaborative project called [gone] MEXICO which is being exhibited internationally in New York, Munich, Lisbon and London over the coming months.
