About the artist
Lisa Carney is a Canadian artist who works across a number of styles. Her abstract paintings are gentle on the eye, yet simultaneously powerful. We love the subtlety of the artist’s subjects, from ‘Whispering Grasses’ to ‘Opaline’. Texture plays a big role in her paintings, be it sprays of thick colour or thin drips that run down the length of the canvas.
Lisa studied Visual Arts at the University of Quebec. She has since participated in solo and group exhibitions in Canada and the US.
The artist’s work can be found in public and private collections around the globe, including that held by the Chamber of Commerce in Canada.
