About the artist

Kerry Day is a British artist based in Bristol who produces groovy plant prints. Who can resist an image of a funky cactus? With their thick, defined lines and popping colours, these are some fine looking succulents and we’d recommend them to anyone who wants to lift the spirits of a particular space.

Kerry trained as a ceramicist at Bath Spa University and she also holds an MA in Printmaking from the University of the West of England. She now works from a studio in Bristol.

The artist has exhibited her work in various group shows in the UK. She has showcased her prints at a number of UK galleries, including The Biscuit Factory in Newcastle and The Craft Centre in Leeds.

The Insider Victoria Heald says:

"Day's background as a ceramicist shines through in these interesting images. The pieces show an understanding of shape and contouring to create strong, solid and vibrant forms."
