Rise Art Prize Judge Enrique Mitjans says:
"Tomás is one of the most gifted talented and meticulous artist when it comes to photography that I have come across lately. Not only the subject of his works and the media he uses makes him almost unique but also the beauty and mystery that arise from those cityscapes. Being so young and having been selected already by strict juries for several prizes, I can foretell a promising future for Tomás in the art world. To anyone collecting or buying or even interested in contemporary upcoming artists, when it comes to photography, his works are to be considered. "
