Tessa Houghton

Tessa was spotted by the Rise Art Insiders and became a Featured Artist after she included her art for selection in our 'The Great Outdoors' online exhibition!

Her abstract seascapes immediately stood out to the Insiders for their ethereal and ambiguous atmospheric quality - the use of light and texture transports the viewer to another world.

Bridget Davies

A Rise Art favourite, the fashion inspired artworks by Bridget Davies sell out quicky!

Curator Rebecca Gordon says, "Spontaneity, elegance, sensuality, beauty, texture... these are only some of the words that spring to mind when I look at these beautiful works. I love the element of freedom and chance within Bridget's works - those moments when she lets the medium take control. Her work is full of personality and would make the perfect gift for fashionistas. "

Peter Hawkins

Peter Hawkins uses different surfaces to paint on - from old school desk tops to doors and floorboards - and is inspired by the limitless capabilities of imagination.

Curator Rebecca Gordon says, "I am a huge fan of Peter Hawkins striking works, with their bold colour and celebration of nature. The flatly one dimensional and roughly spray painted backgrounds contrast starkly with the beautiful, meticulously painted birds which seem to 'pop' from the painting taking on a 3D affect. These dynamic works would look fantastic in many a setting."
