For creative and art students the University years are golden: lessons, crits, studio spaces and exhibition opportunities... But what happens when they finish and enter the real world?
To avoid that dreaded vertigo, the Universtiy of the Arts London is launching Artsmart, a two-day event (1-2 July 2010) at Chelsea College of Art & Design aimed at offering students an advice and support platform, where they can meet industry insiders to ask about opportunities and tips and do some networking. Rise Art will be on hand, offering free portfolio reviews for artists on site. On hand will also be a recruitment fair, alumni marketplace and workshops and a talk programmes. Artsmart is a comprehensive forum for artists and enthusiasts alike. We hope to see you there!
