Mia’s work undeniably revolves around the city. The movements, the circulation, the passages, the eddies, the life in short, are all characteristics of its artistic approach. Mia sublimates the bodies of men and women with a concern for constant aesthetics.
Figurative to enhance the moment
Of Norman origin, Mia is now living in Toulouse. Her painting is above all figurative, she is part of the filiation of "gender scenes", in search of a sublimation of anecdotal and the moment.
Town planning at the heart of the process
Mia proceeds by series and thus builds a repertoire of images control of our time. It is through precise work of color and highlighting that the pictorial enters the scene, revealing bubbling town planning.
