We ship to the UK, USA, all EU Countries & EEC Countries, and many more. If your country is not available, please contact us and we'll do our best to deliver to your door. International orders may incur customs duties (intra EU orders excluded) which are not included in the shipping costs. Rise Art will make every attempt to minimise customs charges in accordance with international shipping regulations.
It's OK if you change your mind. All artwork can be returned within 14 days for free. Custom framed artworks are excluded due to the bespoke nature of the framing process. View our Returns and Cancellations Policy for further detail.
We can arrange framing for you, that means your artwork will arrive ready to hang and can go straight on the wall.
We offer black, white or walnut coloured wood-grain finish as default frames. Please see examples in our FAQs. If you would like a bespoke frame, including, but not limited to, a tray frame and gilded frame, find out more here.
An installation service can be booked upon request. After purchase, our customer service team will be in contact with you via email (usually the same day as purchase) and this service can be requested then.
