Edward Cutler was founding Director of the contemporary gallery Maddox Arts, where he worked for several years as curator, manager and head of sales before moving to Rome in 2009. There he collaborated with Federica Schiavo Gallery and also founded the "Untitled Association", a non-profit cultural association aiming to broaden the possibilities for exhibiting contemporary art projects within the city. Chris Shaw Hughes' work deals with the after-effects of historic disasters. The delicate works employ a "negative aesthetic" utilising intricate pencil drawing, carbon paper and carbon negatives.
