Shipping is absolutely FREE on all orders throughout UK. All displayed prices are also inclusive of VAT.
Not a penny - it's Free both ways. Really. Just make sure you keep the box your rental was shipped in.
We ship all artwork sold in the UK and Europe flat, so that the your artwork looks great out of the box. As such, our packages are generally much larger than the standard mailbox. Please state as specific as possible of delivery instructions, so that our couriers are able to deliver the package the first time.
If you are unhappy for any reason, Rise Art offers a 7 day no-hassle return policy on all products sold on the site. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, well either refund your purchase, or exchange the artwork for something else.
Please refer to the return shipping instructions that came with your artwork for further information on the return process.
If you are renting artwork, it could take up to 30 days to arrive. Editions generally take less than 7 days. If you haven't received your work, email us and we'll take care of it.
The policy is simple. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within seven days for a full refund or exchange.
No one wants to see your piece left out in the cold or rain, or stolen before you even get to love it! So please be sure to provide a delivery address where you are certain someone will be able to receive, sign for, & look after your rental artwork when it arrives. This may be your office, home, with a trusted friend, neighbour, or porter if you’re lucky enough to live in Chelsea.
