How can I pay for artwork on Rise Art?

We try to provide as many payment options as possible for your purchase, and will not charge you any of those annoying Credit Card surcharges that the airlines are fond of. On Rise Art you can make payment with: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Debit and Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro and Switch.

Are transactions on Rise Art Secure?

Yes! We don't ever store any financial information on our servers. We are PCI compliant and work with one of the UKs largest banks to process your order. We are also GoDaddy Verified & Secure. All sensitive customer information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). For further information on how we protect our customers information, see our Privacy Policy.

How does the shopping cart work?

When you are ready to order or are just considering making an order, you can add items to your basket at anytime by clicking the buy button located next to any artwork for sale. This will take you to your cart, where all of your basket items are stored. You can navigate around the site, and come back to your basket at anytime by clicking on the basket icon next to the search bar at the top of the screen.

Will items remain in my basket between visits to Rise Art?

All items will remain in your basket until you either make a purchase, remove it from the shopping cart or the item sells out. Sometimes it pays to be quick!

I have added an item to my cart but I am unable to buy it. Why?

All our the work sold on Rise Art is available in extremely limited quantities, so if this has happened, someone beat you to the item. Sorry!

What is included in my order?

If you are renting or purchasing on Rise Art, we'll ship your artwork flat, along with a bunch of cool swag and information about the artwork - sweet!

Is VAT included in my Order?

VAT is included in the price for all orders shipped throughout Europe. Shipping is often included free of charge. Hooray!

My payment has been refused, why?

Often payments are refused because the user has entered an invalid credit card, expiry date or security number. If your transaction is rejected, please check you card details and try the transaction. If something still doesn't work, contact us and well help you through the process.

Can I save my card details and delivery address for future orders?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, Rise Art asks for your payment details and billing information. By ticking the box next to each, Rise Art can save your information for later purchases.

I have placed and order, what happens now?

When your order is placed, it is relayed to our team who pack the item with care and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Framed artworks and rentals usually are delivered within 14 days, with editions arriving at yours in less than 7.

Does Rise Art offer framing services?

We do offer framing on most products. If you'd like something bespoke, email us and we'll make it happen.

Id like to buy a work, but it is not for rent or sale. Why?

Only a fraction of all artwork submitted on Rise Art is available for rent or sale. The Rise Art community and our Board of Curators shortlist the Artists that have their work sold on the site. If you see something that you love, but cannot buy yet, vote for the artwork help promote the artist.
