'Hanging Out Your Dirty Washing' by Frith Lawson-Johnson

About the Art

A metaphor for how people treat life, disrespect for their families and friends, putting friends on tele' to humiliate or sell stories to earn a few pounds out of them.
'Airing Your Dirty Washing' Uses the Old expression and puts it into a installation context, using charity clothes that were unsalable, and blown up pictures from trashy magazines that tell of awful stories people have sold for entertainment. (The bottom has a picture of an old couple saying don't air your dirty washing, on the back it then has two chavs saying 'It's the norm love get over it.)
